Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL)

The Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) was launched in 2003 as a key national agency. Its remit is to support leadership improvement,  reform, transformation, sustainability and quality improvement in the FE sector. During 2008, CEL and the Quality Improvement Agency (QIA) will be combining their operations to form a new FE improvement agency, owned by the sector.
