One Complete Solution
Winner of the award for outstanding contribution to workforce development, One Complete Solution has been working to fully up-skill and integrate the cleaners and caterers at Ipswich Hospital whose first language is not English.
One Complete Solution worked in close partnership with the learning provider (WEA), the union learning rep and Suffolk Learning Link (SLL), to provide a bespoke and integrated service solution. It was delighted to take on a range of services at Ipswich Hospital and operate them through a skilled and committed on-site team.
The response from learners has been excellent with a higher percentage of uptake than originally targeted. One Complete Solution has built up an excellent relationship with the NHS Trust and is delighted to use Ipswich Hospital as a shining example of quality integrated services.
One Complete Solution proposes to use its STARlight funding to purchase a laptop and a light probe (beamer) so it can produce more professional training sessions which do not depend on the venue's equipment. It would also like to purchase two digital cameras for use at awards ceremonies and for publicity shots at training sessions.
